    Athens Airport

    Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport
Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) is located 26 kilometres (16 miles) north-east of Athens city centre.

Operating from one main terminal, Athens Airport has a number of excellent passenger facilities. These include banks and two bureaux de change that are situated in the arrivals hall of the main terminal; there are also a number of ATMs. Many self-service cafes and restaurants, full-service restaurants, snack bars and coffee areas are located in the main terminal. The terminal also has shops that include duty-free, newsagents, boutiques, gift shops, bookstores and a range of speciality shops.
For those wanting to hire a car on arrival in Athens, Avis, Hertz, National, Budget, Europcar and Sixt car hire companies are all represented at Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International

There are spaces for almost 5000 cars in the car parks at the airport. Short-term car parks P1 and P2 are located just outside the arrivals halls. Long-term car park P3 is further from the main airport complex but is constantly served by a complimentary shuttle bus.
