Oslo City Hall The Oslo City Hall is where the annual Nobel Peace Prize ceremony is held. It is also the common address for the City Council, various art studios and galleries. Construction work of structure commenced in 1931 and was inaugurated in 1950. The work of the hall was temporary halted for sometime during World War II.
